Shifts & mileage
Start a shift, capture the trips inside it, and keep business mileage cleanly separated from personal driving.

Korastel
Korastel builds privacy-first software for drivers, operators, and the vehicle-based businesses they run. DriverHQ, our first product, is in active development.
A strong foundation.
The core that connects everything.
Korastel does not chase trends. Every product decision is measured against the same four ideas, and anything that fails them does not get built.
A tool earns its place by removing work on the first day it is used. If a feature does not answer a question the owner of the business actually has, it does not ship — however good it looks in a roadmap.
Your records belong to you. We build local-first wherever it is practical, so your data lives on your device, syncs because you chose to, and leaves in a format you can read without us.
Automation should take the tedious part and then get out of the way. We prefer software that proposes and waits for confirmation over software that quietly decides on your behalf and tells you later.
Products are built on foundations we intend to keep. Careful data models and clear boundaries mean the next capability is an addition rather than a rebuild, and the version after that is still maintainable.
A business app for rideshare and delivery drivers. Start a shift, let the miles and costs record themselves, and end it knowing what that shift actually earned — after fuel, after expenses, after the car.
DriverHQ is being built iOS-first and local-first, for rideshare and delivery work first. Your records stay on your device by default, and everything in them can be exported on demand.
DriverHQ is not yet available to download and has no announced release date. When it is ready, we will say so here and by email.
None of this is available yet. It is the shape of the product being built, not a feature list you can use today.

In development
Fuel, supplies, platform fees and receipts recorded once, kept where the rest of the business record already lives.
Planned
Service history and running costs tracked per vehicle, so the true cost of the asset doing the work is visible.
Planned
Rule-based summaries that turn shifts and costs into profit, profit per hour, and which hours were worth working.
Planned
Your own records, exportable on demand in formats an accountant or another tool can read without translation.
Planned
Scope, sequencing and naming may change before release. Status labels describe what is being worked on now — they are not a delivery commitment.
Korastel LLC builds focused software for vehicle-based work, starting from a simple observation: the people who drive for a living are carrying a real business with them, and the tools they are handed rarely treat it like one.
The way we work is deliberately unglamorous. Decisions are written down before they are built, the architecture is documented as it is designed, and scope is held to what we can support properly. That is slower at the start and considerably faster afterwards.
DriverHQ is our first product, and currently our only one. When there is a second, it will be because the first one earned it.
Questions about the company, DriverHQ, partnership or press — this reaches us directly. Tell us which it is and we will route it properly.
For DriverHQ release news only, the update list is the better option.
